Vehicle Class / Car Type Definitions

• Vehicle classes / car types (e.g., Class A, B, D, E, F) will be defined and communicated by the company at a later date.
• Eligibility, assigned class, mileage limits, and coverage will apply based on the final classification shared by the company.

Eligibility

• Employees assigned to Class D, Class E, or Class F are eligible for this program.
• Class D/E/F eligibility applies until the employee reaches Class B or Class A. Once an employee's classification becomes Class B or Class A, the corresponding terms below will apply from the effective date of that change.

Mileage Limits & Damage Coverage (by Class)

• Class A: Mileage Limit: Unlimited KMs. Damage Coverage: Full damage coverage by the company (subject to company policy, exclusions, and approvals).
• Class B: Mileage Limit: 500 KMs per month. Damage Coverage: Minor damage: Covered by the company; Major damage: Payable by the employee/owner.

• Final classifications, detailed definitions (including what qualifies as minor vs major damage), and any additional rules will be issued by the company along with the car type definitions.
